What’s in a Tampa Art Party Kids Canvas Parties?
This is our signature party that costs $245 for the first 7 guests using our 16×20 canvas. Each additional guest is $35 per guest. Smaller canvas options and shorter party times are available at a reduced rate.
- We can come to your home, office or venue of choice (We can also suggest a few venue partnerships around town)
- We provide all the art supplies needed to host a picture-perfect event
- Select your favorite painting from our design gallery
- It’s just a $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure a reservation for an event. The remaining balance (including any add-ons) will be due before the event starts.
- A travel fee of $50-$70 will be added to cover transportation, setup and cleanup. Longer distances will be assessed on a per-case basis.
The Fine Print!
All drinks and food is the responsibility of the hostess and guests.
This party option is priced at our default 16×20 canvas size which runs 2 hours and is priced at $35 per guest. if you choose a an 11×14 your party time will run 1.5 hours and be $25 per guest, 8×10 will reduce your party time to 1 hour at $20 per guest.
The final headcount is due 48 hours before the Event Date. Final payment on the party balance is due prior to the event or upon arrival.
Tables and Chairs: We can work with any space – you just need to supply tables and chairs!
Minimum number of guests: We have a 7 person minimum for all private parties.
No Show: Only one “no-show” is allowed (once the minimum is met) based on the final number provided. For example, if the minimum for the event is 7 guests and 6 guests attend the final payment must be for 7 guests. Additionally, if the final count is given as 15 guests and only 13 guests attend, payment is due for 14 guests when the “one no show policy” is applied.
